The John Muir Mobile Clinic provides a range of health services every Saturday (except holidays) at VCRC. There’s no cost for the uninsured. Treating community members of all ages, the Mobile Clinic offers primary care, treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, limited physicals, limited medications, immunizations, and a range of non-emergency care from physicians and nurses. General information, education, and referrals are available, too, along with Spanish-speaking staff. Women’s health services are offered the third Saturday of each month. This walk-in service is first-come, first-served, and available most Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Care is provided by the John Muir Physician Network and staff from John Muir Health in collaboration with La Clinica de La Raza and Contra Costa Health Services.

Mental Health Services. We offer therapy for individuals and families each Saturday morning during John Muir Mobile Clinic hours. This free service is available in English and Spanish. Services are provided by Fred Finch Youth Services in partnership with John Muir Health and VCRC.

Grief Support Groups are available in English and Spanish to support community members affected by loss. Whether you’ve lost a spouse, a child, or a sibling to illness, violence, suicide, or forcible separation, we’re here for you. Contact us to learn more.
