David Mayorquin serves as an after-school instructor at VCRC. Originally hailing from Hayward, California, he spent a significant portion of his childhood and middle school years in Washington State before moving to Discovery Bay. It was in Discovery Bay where he attended Liberty High School and successfully graduated.

During his time at Liberty High, David developed a keen interest in after-school filming and editing projects, nurturing his creative side. Looking ahead, he has decided to pursue higher education at Los Medanos College as part of the Puente program, aiming to obtain a degree in Business.

David's deep-seated motivation for being an instructor at VCRC lies in his dedication to the success and growth of the students he has the privilege to work with. He aspires to make a positive impact on their lives and contribute to their achievements during their time at VCRC.
