Stephanie Williams-Rogers


Stephanie is a forward-thinking leader with experience designing, integrating, and directing programs that maximize impact and accelerate business growth. As Founder and President of Inclusion Management Group (IMG), she works with both corporate and community organizations to unleash the power of human potential through diversity, inclusion, and social impact.

Previously, Stephanie served nearly a decade as a health care management professional for two major health plans: Kaiser Permanente and Blue Shield of California. She was recognized for establishing Blue Shield’s Reducing Health Disparities program as well as for aligning its Diversity and Inclusion program to better attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.

Stephanie earned her undergraduate degree in Communications at Cal State East Bay. In addition, she received the Academy for Health Care Management’s PAHM designation from America’s Health Insurance Plans.

A resident of Brentwood, Stephanie is passionate about serving her community. She currently serves on the City of Brentwood’s Park and Recreation Commission and on Contra Costa County’s Commission for Women.
