Meet Carmen, who became a valued member of VCRC in February 2020, bringing with her a fervent dedication to nurturing children's dreams and aspirations. Hailing from Antioch, Carmen carries the values of community service instilled by her parents close to her heart. Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a specialization in child development from California State University, Sacramento, Carmen's passion for empowering youth blossomed during her college years, where she served as a volunteer coordinator for a teen group.

Now part of the VCRC family, Carmen is steadfast in her commitment to supporting children in overcoming obstacles and realizing their full potential. Her presence is a source of enrichment to our team, and we are truly delighted to have her on board.
